"I was dreading the appointment but it couldn’t have gone more smoothly - feel informed and reassured post appointment. We had a really thorough consult, I was able to ask lots of questions and Jenny was great at double checking elements of the assessment to be sure of the recommendations given. I got some really great advice and Jenny was really empathetic and understanding of the concerns I had. Didn’t end up having a procedure but if I was to have decided to go ahead, would have been more than happy to have Jenny preform. Felt no pressure and a really calm environment. Highly recommend if anyone is unsure whether their baby would benefit. Appointment was available with very small wait - really impressed. Thank you
"I would highly recommend Jenny - she is extremely informative, professional, warm and put my mind at ease.
The service was impeccable. I managed to get an appointment within a week of booking and received detailed info on what to expect and the aftercare. Jenny answered questions I had beforehand promptly via text. I was also offered an earlier appointment which was a nice touch. I was also sent parking details and reminder on what to bring to the appointment.
The Cheltenham clinic was clean, easy to find with close parking. Jenny explained in detail each step of the process before and during the procedure - along with aftercare required. The procedure itself was so quick and my baby only cried for seconds - Jenny was amazing and caring with my baby. I felt there were noticeable improvements with baby’s latch instantly. Jenny ensured I had as much time as I needed after the procedure to feed my baby. A letter was provided for my baby’s GP along with thorough notes in the red book.
Following my visit, I received a follow up text to check baby was ok with reassurance that my baby’s latch will continue to improve as he builds strength and stamina. I feel this is a life changing procedure for both me and my baby. Thank you so much Jenny!

"We took our 6 day old baby to the Tongue Tie Clinic and Jenny was so kind and caring towards both him and to us as new parents. Unfortunately his tongue tie was too severe to be treated in the community but Jenny couldn't have been more professional and gentle in the way she delivered this news and referred us to the hospital for further treatment. "I would recommend Jenny to anyone that has a baby with a tongue tie. So happy I got in to see her before my little one turned 6 months. She was really reassuring and my baby boy had a very bad tongue tie so when he was upset with it being done she stopped, gave him a cuddle, let me feed him then carried on. She really put him first and made sure he was ok every step of the way and explained everything to me so that I understood it all. Thank you so much!"

"I was very impressed with the service at The Tongue Tie Clinic. Jenny explained everything very clearly and gave me the opportunity to ask questions and take time to make a decision on whether my son should have the procedure. I felt very well informed and reassured. The procedure was all over very quickly, my child cried for no longer than 30 seconds and was able to feed immediately afterwards. After two days I am seeing the benefits with my baby's feeding and movements."
